Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to business professionals aged 18 or older.

Multiple entries from the same company may be excluded; exceptions may apply at the discretion of GBA Group MedTech Solutions. Existing customers of GBA Group MedTech Solutions or companies within the GBA Group may be excluded from participation.

Participation Period

The giveaway runs from May 7, 2026 until November 7, 2026.

Participation Process

Participants enter the giveaway by completing the form and participating in the on-site prize wheel at the event booth.

Prizes

Prizes include selected consulting services or service discounts provided by GBA Group or affiliated companies. The type and scope of prizes may vary depending on the participant category (e.g. new or existing customers).

Prizes:

• are non-transferable

• are not redeemable for cash

• cannot be combined with other offers

• Prizes are subject to availability

Prize Distribution & Redemption

Prizes are awarded instantly at the booth.

Winners receive a physical voucher or code, which can be redeemed with the respective company specified on the voucher.

The conditions and validity of the prize are defined by the issuing company and will be provided together with the voucher.

Lost or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.

Changes & Cancellation

GBA Group MedTech Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway at any time.

Data Protection

Personal data collected as part of the giveaway will be processed for the purpose of administering the giveaway.

If participants provide additional consent, their data may also be used for marketing communication by GBA Group MedTech Solutions.
